Living Here

Upper Mission is Kelowna's southernmost neighbourhood — a hillside area above the lake known for newer executive homes, wide lake-and-valley views, and quick access to parks, beaches, and backcountry trails. It's predominantly family-oriented with a growing share of new construction climbing the hillside, and it's quiet, with little through traffic. It's car-dependent: most shopping is a short drive down to Lower Mission, though the commercial base is growing as the area builds out.
