Lower Mission is one of Kelowna's established residential areas, on the south side of the city along Okanagan Lake. It's predominantly quiet and family-oriented, with a mix of long-time owners and downsizers, beaches and recreation close by, and a settled, low-density character. Day to day, it's more drive-oriented than walkable.
