Rutland North is the northern half of Rutland — Kelowna's largest and most affordable neighbourhood — split from Rutland South by Highway 33. It's a diverse, family-oriented, fast-growing area with a deep mix of single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and newer low-rise apartments, plus an Uptown business district. The Highway 33 corridor carries most of the shopping and services, and it's close to UBCO and the airport.
